Our Paleo treats are made with flours that naturally don’t contain gluten (such as almond flour, cassava flour, coconut flour).

For reduced gluten content and better digestibility, we also offer products made from einkorn flour, an ancient grain known for being easier on the digestive system.

We also offer sourdough bread that has reduced gluten content thanks to the fermentation process, where the bacteria and wild yeast break down gluten and makes the bread easier to digest than most conventional loaves. I personally am able to eat sourdough daily without issue.
