Instructions for at home baking
*Warm the dough:
Remove dough from the fridge 1 hour before baking. Dust it with flour, place it on a floured
surface, and let it rest for the full hour.
*Preheat:
Conventional oven: Place a baking steel or pizza stone in the top third of the oven. Preheat at 500–600°F for 45–60 minutes before baking.
Pizza oven: Preheat to 650°F.
*Shape the dough:
Shape the dough into a 10-inch round. Flour your pizza peel and transfer the dough onto it.
*Baking instructions:
Pizza oven:
Bake the dough alone for 1–2 minutes. Add toppings, then bake an additional 5–10 minutes
or until your preferred crispness.
Conventional oven:
Bake the topped pizza for 10–15 minutes or until your preferred crispness.
